Radhey Ki Haveli's in house restaurant boasts of it's exotic North Indian food served in a fine dining ambience as well as Rajasthani Thali served in a traditional Bajot sitting area which gives you an experience of how Royals used to dine. Sawa Mani prasad is also available - Bundi, churma, peda etc as per order. Falihari Seva is also available on Ekadashi.

1. Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to check in date would attract 100% reservation charges. Kindly note that peak days (Dashmi, ekadashi, baras, friday and weekends, holidays, new year, falgun mela etc) would be non-refundable and non-adjustable. You are requested to confirm with the reservations team about the same prior to making reservation in case of any concerns.

2. Refund Policy

Any refund will take at least 7 working days to process and will be transferred to the same bank account, used at the time of booking.

3. Terms of Stay

-The Hotels Check-in time is 12 PM and Check-out time is 10 AM. Early Check-in and late Check-outs can be arranged upon request and availability and prior approval from hotel management.

-In case guest checks out later than 10 AM without prior approval, an additional full tariff of the room may be charged and management decision would be final in case of any dispute. This policy is for operational reasons as we do not want to keep new arrival guests waiting.

-The room tariff mentioned above is applicable per room per night and as per plan. Taxes, service charges and other levies are additional wherever applicable. Additional occupants above 5 years age would be charged extra.

-Guests are requested to settle their bills directly at the time of check-out. Kindly update your GST Number with us at the time of checkout as we will not be able to revise the bills once periodic returns are filed.

-Breakfast timings are 8 AM to 10 : 30 AM and is available at the restaurant located in basement of hotel.

-Personal preferences may be communicated to us prior to arrival enabling us to fulfil your requests.

-The hotel management reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of stay.

-The owner or operator of this hotel shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, exemplary, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the stay of guest.

-Hotel management reserves the right to be indemnified and take appropriate measures against any damage or loss to the property due to misconduct by the guest.

4. Parking

We are located just 3 minutes from the Khatu Shyam Mandir. Kindly call us at 86965-43600 or 98314-41853 atleast 30 minutes prior to your arrival and we will be more than happy to assist you to reach the hotel comfortably. Please note that on weekends and rush days, there are police restrictions for vehicle movements which is out of control of the hotel, we request you to please bear with us. Your car may be parked either at hotel parking or near to the hotel approx 200m away depending on police restrictions on the date of check in.
